Happy #MotivationMonday This week we want to highlight one of the most dedicated roll off drivers we have on our team, Mike. You may recognize him from your bills! Mike is no stranger to hard work; he is an exemplary figure of commitment, diligence, and resilience. Known for his exceptional work ethic, Mike never fails to impress everyone he works with. His commitment to going above and beyond for every customer truly sets him apart. From the break of dawn, Mike is always ready for the day with a warm, infectious smile and a dad joke up his sleeve that always lightens the mood. His dedication does not stop at fulfilling his tasks efficiently. Mike is always there to lend a helping hand to his fellow drivers. His selflessness and willingness to assist others is a testament to his character, highlighting his team spirit and camaraderie. But Mike's endeavors aren't limited to the workplace. Once he clocks out from his professional duties, he clocks in as a doting father to his four children. His youngest, a two-year-old who lights up his world, enjoys bountiful love and attention from Mike. The same dedication he displays at work is mirrored in his parenting, making him not just an exceptional employee, but also a devoted father. Mike is much more than an outstanding roll off driver. He's a valuable teammate, a dedicated worker, a “phenomenal” jester, and an adoring father. We are immensely grateful for his contributions to our team and are proud to have him with us.
