When your coworkers become the people you celebrate life’s milestones with, you know you’ve found something truly special in a workplace. At Obility, our work is more than the tasks we accomplish or the client's goals we meet, but the meaningful connections we build along the way. Creating strong bonds in a fully remote environment isn’t easy, but we’ve found a few key strategies that help us go beyond client Zoom calls and Slack chats to form real connections: -Donut for Slack: Facilitates 1-on-1 meetups, making it easier to connect with colleagues on a personal level. Plus, we engage everyone with weekly icebreaker questions to help folks get to know each other... "Is a hotdog a sandwich?" -In-person gatherings: We meet 1-2 times a year, focusing on bonding and having fun—no lengthy presentations, just good times together. -Workshop Wednesdays: A relaxed space where anyone can present on topics of interest, sparking questions and collaboration across the team. -Virtual happy hours: Whether it's a murder mystery whodunit, a tarot card reading, a charcuterie or beer tasting, or celebrating life events, our team always finds a reason to come together and enjoy each other's company. (Scattergories at https://lnkd.in/gaAigmaN is a crowd favorite!) Building a strong team culture remotely requires intentional effort, but when you do it right, the results and friendships are worth it.

What is Revenue Operations (or commonly known as RevOps)? Do any other RevOps/MOPs professionals hear that question a lot? We do, and what we've realized is that a lot of people don't really know what Revenue Operations is and/or what all it encompasses. To help alleviate some of the unknowns about RevOps, we've answered a few of the most common questions we hear in our most recent blog: https://lnkd.in/gU2_HHjm ✅ What is RevOps? ✅ How do you maximize Revenue? ✅ Why is RevOps Important? ✅ What is the RevOps Framework? ✅ What are Revenue Operations Services? ✅ Who are the stakeholders? ✅ How do you know if Revenue Operations can help? Tell us, what questions do you keep hearing?

Want to improve your revenue? We would be surprised if your answer was no. Something that we're seeing more and more with our clients is a lack of a lead scoring strategy. Implementing a lead scoring model can help your sales and marketing teams better understand: ➡ Buyer intent ➡ Sales readiness ➡ How people are interacting with your marketing initiatives and website ➡ What's resonating with prospects (and clients) Since we're seeing this missed opportunity more and more and we're (obviously) proponents of lead scoring, we published a blog to discuss why lead scoring is important and how we approach lead scoring when working with a client. We've also included a link to a case study, sharing the success we had building and implementing lead scoring with our client, Tech Heads. Check it out: https://lnkd.in/e_4eW3zq
