The Charon test command is a convenient way to test the performance of a candidate distributed validator (DV) node and full DV cluster to spot issues before the DV is fully created. More below:

The Node Operator Risk Standard (NORS,) a first-of-its-kind certification that sets a new standard for Ethereum node operator risk management, has been officially announced! Node operators can achieve the NORS standard by leveraging Distributed validators (DVs), which have been adopted by NORS as “an implementation which can increase the diversity of an operator’s tech stack and decrease dependency on active-passive failover methods.” It has been developed alongside the Obol Collective, Liquid Collective, Alluvial and collaborators.
