Life at DV Labs - Employee Testimonials 🌟 We are excited to share with you the testimonial from Anadi Pandharkar, our Product Owner! 🎙️What first attracted you to join our company? 💼 I was drawn to join the company due to my interest in expanding my knowledge of Ethereum's staking ecosystem. While I had experience with Ethereum's execution layer, I wanted to deepen my understanding of the consensus layer and the staking world. My curiosity was initially piqued while working on a Lido-based project. I discovered DV Labs during my research. The company's founders, Collin and Oisin, articulated the problems and solutions in the staking world very effectively in several podcasts I listened to. This further increased my interest in the company. I kept an eye out for product roles and applied as soon as an opportunity arose. 🎙️What do you enjoy most about your role? 💼 The aspects I enjoy most about my role are: - Collaborating with one the most brilliant team in the crypto ecosystem. - Working on one of the most pressing problems of Validator decentralization in the crypto industry. - The flexibility of working comfortably from home or any part of the world. - Being part of a globally distributed yet highly efficient and accommodating team. 🎙️How would you describe the company culture here? 💼 I think the team is very welcoming and affable. In the offsite, I met everyone for the first time but felt like I have known everyone for a decade. Regarding the work ethic, I think everyone is exceptionally industrious and flexible. Everyone makes sure that deadlines are met. The team is motivated to go above and beyond to make sure it works. 🎙️What's the most exciting project you've worked on so far? 💼 While all projects, including the SDK and new operator page, have been interesting, the most exciting one for me has been setting up the data warehouse for DV Labs. This project has significant potential to drive internal value for the company and could potentially become an additional revenue source in the future. 🎙️What advice would you give to someone considering joining our company? 💼 If you're interested in solving one of the hardest problems in the Ethereum staking ecosystem—decentralizing validators—while getting the chance to work with one of the most brilliant teams in Web3 and work remotely, there's no better place than DV Labs.
