Our approach leverages a unique collection of multi-discipline Model Based Systems Engineering methods and tooling. We drive breakthrough capability in knowledge reuse. We specialize in problem explication and solution characterization along with automated discovery and assessment of solution options. We innovate by leveraging functional and physical archetype patterns to accelerate system architecture analysis, requirement discovery, and simulation assembly. Barriers to institutional adoption are reduced by our relentless pursuit of the simplest approach for modeling systems. We leverage customer investments in complimentary technology by, wherever possible, employing and integrating with best-in-class tools, methods, and industry standards. Occam is a startup company funded by Procter & Gamble and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) with stakeholders including the departments of Defense and Health and Human Services. The requirements for Occam solutions were sourced from uidance of leading edge MBSE users such as SAIC, Boeing, Mantech, John Deere, and General Motors and suppliers such as IBM, Modelon, Phoenix/Ansys, SBE Vision and Tom Sawyer. Occam is currently discussing pilots with: Evonik, Lockheed, Ford and Caterpillar.
