  • This week, we would like to take a moment to shine a spotlight on our BT, Czarinna, in San Joaquin. Ina is an experienced behavior technician who not only demonstrates an understanding of evidence-based procedures but also applies what she's learned to her daily sessions. Her clients adore her presence and look forward to their afternoons together. Aside from her desire to learn and improve her clinical skills, Ina truly cares about and advocates for the best care her clients can receive. This passion for helping her kiddos reach their goals, coupled with her ability to quickly and effectively learn behavioral strategies, is what makes her an extremely valued member of our community. I'm so excited to see Ina continue to grow as a clinician and am so grateful for the impact she's made with her clients thus far. Thank you, Ina! Happy Friday!
