#TeamMemberTuesday featuring Amanda Crosby from the Player's Club! Amanda began working at Ocean Downs in July 2024 after working in the retail industry. She is part of our Marketing Team, working as a Player’s Club Representative. She says that great customer service is in her blood! She enjoys all interactions with the patrons of Ocean Downs as they keep her job interesting. Everyone has different questions or conversations which makes her job rewarding. When Amanda isn’t working, she loves walking on the Ocean City boardwalk during every season! She enjoys doing cross stitch and spending time with her family and friends. #TeamMemberTuesday featuring Steve Walak from Table Games! Steve began working at Ocean Downs as a Table Games Dealer in December 2017, bringing with him 10 years of Table Games experience.  He enjoys working with the Table Games team as his co-workers and Managers are easy to communicate with. He also enjoys the camaraderie with the Patrons! When Steve isn’t working, he enjoys fishing and spending time with family and friends. #TeamMemberTuesday Colin began working at Ocean Downs in November 2019 as a Cage Cashier. When the Pandemic happened, he was furloughed and found alternate employment for a period. He returned to Ocean Downs in September 2023 as a Slot Attendant but transferred back to the Cage when a spot opened. He enjoys working as a Cashier as he can truly see most everything that goes on in the Casino. He says the best part of this position is being new and different each day. He enjoys the customers and his co-workers alike. Prior to beginning his career at the Casino, Colin spent 20 years in Marketing and Lobbying. He majored in music at the University of Arizona obtaining his degree in Guitar Performance. When he’s not working, he finds himself spending time with his family and his four cats who are all named after famous guitar players! Colin also jams with friends, plays in the praise band at his Church, and enjoys Dungeons and Dragons with friends. #EmployeeSpotlight #OceanDowns

#TeamMemberTuesday featuring Randall from Cage Operations. Randall McGeehan started working at Ocean Downs in October 2021 as a valued member of the Main Bank. He really enjoys his position at Ocean Downs as his co-workers are all very friendly! He enjoys the Casino environment and says it’s different than anywhere else he’s worked. When Randall isn’t working, he enjoys hanging out with friends, board games, tabletop games and trying new restaurants. He recently went to Pancho & Lefty’s for the first time and enjoyed the Mexican food. #TeamMemberTuesday Kevin began his career at Ocean Downs casino in December 2024 as a Security Shift Supervisor. In his previous role he was the Director of Dining Services and Director of Mental Health and Addiction. He holds a master’s degree in both Leadership and Criminal Behaviors. He is also a retired Lieutenant with the Maryland Division of Corrections. Kevin enjoys his position at Ocean Downs as it allows him to interact with our awesome patrons daily. #TeamMemberTuesday Patrick began working at Ocean Downs in 2014 as a Busboy in the Clubhouse during our live Racing Season. He was rehired in 2017 as a Slot Attendant and is currently a Dual Rate Slot Shift Supervisor. Patrick said this is the longest job he’s ever held! He thoroughly enjoys his co-workers, his interactions with our patrons, the stability of the job and the wonderful benefits offered by the Company.  Patrick was born and raised in the area…. a true local! He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Before beginning his career at Ocean Downs Patrick worked at the front desk of hotels in the area.  When Patrick isn’t working, he enjoys playing video games like Elden Ring and table card games like Cardfight! Vanguard. Patrick also helps run a video game tournament league called DC Pokémon League which is based in the DC area. #EmployeeSpotlight #OceanDowns

Loved being at the Ocean Downs Casino for the Joint Chamber Mixer this evening. Such a great event put on by our local chambers and it was a lot of fun representing GoGlass. Great pleasure to see all my favorite choice people like Ricky Pollitt Dave Botscheller Jr., AIA Christina Williams, CFRE Alexis Roskovich Mumford William Chambers Yuloff Creative Marketing Solutions Real HVAC Services and the great Amy Rodeffer Thompson and Olive Mawyer. I know there are a few I’ve forgotten but all in all it was an excellent night of networking and seeing familiar faces. Let’s gooo 2025!!! #everythingglass

#TeamMemberTuesday Shaun began working at Ocean Downs one year ago and is a Cook in the Main Kitchen. Shaun came to Ocean Downs with over 7 years of cooking experience and is an asset to our Food & Beverage department. He enjoys the job, his co-workers and the wonderful benefits that Ocean Downs offers. When Shaun isn’t working, he enjoys going to the movies, hanging out with his cat Dorito, and spending time on the beach. #TeamMemberTuesday featuring Hunter Cox from Food & Beverage! Hunter began working at Ocean Downs in April 2015 as a Food & Beverage Cook in Waves. In May 2023 He was promoted to an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager which is a position he continues to excel in. Hunter’s favorite part of his job is his co-workers. He says they make the job more enjoyable and motivate him to make things easier for the entire Casino, not just his department. Hunter’s Grandfather was present during D-Day. D-Day was the code name for the Allied invasion of Normandy, France on June 6, 1944, during World War II. The stories his grandfather shares with him instill his deep love of history. When Hunter isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his dog Havva. He also likes reading good books to pass the time. #EmployeeSpotlight #OceanDowns
