Last week, we celebrated the graduation of our 4th cohort of the Oceanside Leadership Academy. During our final session, participants engaged in a thoughtful discussion, sharing key insights and takeaways from the past eight weeks of classes. Several alumni from the first three cohorts also joined us to celebrate the achievements of the newest OLA graduates. Now, we're excited to start planning for the Spring and Fall 2025 sessions!

🚨 Join Us in Supporting Future Business Leaders! 🚨 We’re calling on industry professionals, community members, and CSUSM College of Business Administration alumni to volunteer for our Virtual Mock Interview Program as part of BUS 300: Business Professional Development at CSUSM. With 520 slots still to fill, we need your help to prepare 630 students for their future careers! 👥 What We’re Asking For: ·      Conduct a mock interview via video conference between November 4 - 26, 2024. We welcome evening and weekend availability to fit your schedule. ·      About 1-1/2 to 2 hours per student this semester, with the flexibility to sign up for as many students as you want. Each interview is 1 hour long and the remaining 30 minutes to an hour is for administrative tasks, form completion for the student to receive class credit, and any follow up as needed. Your Impact: By volunteering, you’ll help students sharpen their interview skills and gain confidence as they prepare for real-world opportunities.
