Exciting Times in Olathe! While Panasonic's battery plant in DeSoto has grabbed headlines, development in Olathe is also thriving, and ODDO is proud to be a part of this dynamic growth. We’re thrilled to share our plans for Cedar Ridge, a mixed-use project near Kansas Highway 10 at the southeast corner of Valley Parkway and Cedar Creek Parkway. Our vision for Cedar Ridge includes: *A stunning 5.5-story ‘E’-shaped building featuring 300 modern apartments and 5,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. *Future plans for two single-story buildings designed to welcome restaurant and retail tenants, plus a two-story, 25,000-square-foot office and retail space. *Beautifully designed for-sale townhomes, providing 11 units near the entrance of the development.
