Here at OE Enterprises, we want everyone to have a voice, and for their voice to be heard! Our CEO, Amy Miller, initiated the CEO advisory committee. Here members of all three of our facilities meet with Amy to discuss current events, things that are going well, things that may need improving, and create a plan for the future! We want to give a huge thank you to all of the committee members who are helping to make OE Enterprises the best it can be! Below is a little description about each member:

This week, OE Enterprises would like to put the spot light on Tommy. Tommy has been attending our Meaningful Day Program in Orange County since 2010! Tommy's smile always fills the room and we are so lucky to be his provider of choice!

From time to time, North Carolina weather doesn't always play nice! During these times a team of senior management get together to discuss whether it is safe to keep OE Enterprises open, call for a delay and close entirely. If we decide to close or delay we will post on all of the following sites to spread the word as best we can! Please save a copy of this image or pin a copy to your fridge for safe keeping :)

In the interest of safety for our individuals and staff, OE Enterprises will be closed Thursday August 8th!

OE Enterprises would like to give a huge shoutout to Voices Together! Voices Together have been providing Music Therapy sessions to all 3 of our Meaningful Day Programs and they have been a huge hit! Our individuals are so excited to see the instructors each week, and take part in the sessions! We are very thankful to the Voices Together team for all they do for the individuals we serve and for all the individuals they provide services to in North Carolina! This weeks Individual Spotlight shines a light on Cynthia: better known as Cindy or Cindy-Lou. Cynthia attends our Meaningful Day Program in Randolph County and is a beacon of joy. We are very thankful to be Cindy's provider of choice!

HIRING!!!! PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT JOB COACH. The Job Coach position will be responsible for helping people with disabilities to maintain competitive employment. This role involves supporting individuals currently employed to maintain their jobs through assessment, on-the-job training, and monitoring to help them achieve independence and retain their positions.

OE Enterprises is seeking a part-time Development Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role will support our mission by fostering growth and development within the organization. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and securing funding opportunities, coordinating development projects, and building relationships with key stakeholders. With a strong emphasis on strategic planning and community engagement, the Development Coordinator will work closely with the CEO to ensure our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving needs of our community.
