Our mood board, Elevated Naturals, draws inspiration from the exquisite DeNovo Wall Pawley’s Island wall covering, a key element in one of our upcoming downtown Chicago projects. Created by Project Designer, Julia DiRenna, the design encompasses a biophilic influence and captures the natural beauty of organic textures, drawing parallels to wood grain and the serene patterns of nature. Featuring a stunning leather chair from Four Hands and modern coffee and side tables from West Elm, the mood board showcases a subtle interplay of light and dark tones that introduces both depth and dimension. Yesterday, a team of 19 dedicated employees from our Illinois offices rolled up their sleeves in Hanover Park, IL, partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Illinois to help a family realize the stability of homeownership. From building a retaining wall to laying hardwood floors, our team was all in—demonstrating the power of collaboration and community spirit. This initiative reflects our ongoing dedication to positively impacting our local communities by partnering with various organizations to give back.
