I’m excited to announce I’m joining as a Partner at Offline Ventures! From the moment I met the team, I knew they were special. This team is a dream (Dave Morin, Brit Morin, Nate Bosshard, James Higa, Maximilian Ventilla and more!) — I’ve already seen firsthand how they collaborate, each bringing their unique networks, expertise, and energy to the table. Their vision to pursue a world where technology lives harmoniously with humanity resonates with me deeply. And it’s clear the impact they bring, with portfolio companies that love working with them. Offline Ventures is redefining the VC model, with a studio and true builder-first mindset, just like the incredible entrepreneurs we back. I’ll continue to double down on seed investing, with a focus on AI, vertical SaaS, healthcare, and deep tech. A huge thank you to everyone who has helped me along this journey. To the founders I’ve been privileged to work with—you continue to inspire me with your vision, grit, and dedication. I hope I’ve contributed as much to your journeys as you have to mine. To the Norwest team, for sparking my love for venture and working with founders. And to the Udemy team, for showing me what hyperscale inside a startup really looks like. I’m also grateful for the past few months of sabbatical—time spent surfing, winging, skiing, sailing, and reflecting (including an executive coach training program).
