About us
The Oklahoma Claim Association is organized to promote social interaction and harmonious business relations among its members; to promote a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct for its members; and to promote the education of claim professionals. This Association shall not become affiliated with any union or attempt in any manner to form any union of claim professionals. It is expressly noted that no purpose for which this organization is formed shall be to regulate, fix, set, establish, influence, or control the price or premium to be paid for insuring property and/or persons against loss or damage of any kind or character, or the availability of any such insurance, or to regulate, fix, set, establish, influence, or control the price, cost, rate, quality, production, availability, and sale of any article of commerce, use or consumption, including but not limited to demolition, construction, reconstruction, repairs, replacement, parts labor, or other items associated with repairing or replacing damaged or injured property; and no action shall be taken which would be in restraint of free and open trade or commerce or in any way violate the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Robinson-Patman Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, or any Antitrust Laws of the United States or of the State of Oklahoma.

Greetings from the Oklahoma Claim Association, With our Fall Conference quickly approaching, we would like to remind our members of the other programs that the Oklahoma Claims Association offers. We are proud to be able to provide opportunities to deserving students through our scholarship fund. These funds generally can be used toward tuition, books, or campus costs based on the institution's rules and regulations. Our grant fund allows our industry to give back to agencies that help minimize risk and loss. Local fire departments, rural EMS, and local law enforcement divisions all play an extended role in mitigating what could be larger losses. If you have a deserving student or know of an agency that could benefit from our programs, please have them visit our website at www.okclaims.com to see the rules of eligibility and complete an application. Greetings, Fellow OCA members, With summer upon us, we look towards warmer weather, no school and vacations.
