Our customers are actually part owners, so profits are returned to account holders in the form of better rates and fewer fees. Occasionally, I have technology accessibility challenges. Recently, I was transferring investments and I had issues using the digital signature feature on the electronic paperwork using my own devices. However, OKCU was able to advise me and help me fill out paper work by sending me physical papers and laying out what places I needed to check and sign. I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and accommodating your staff is. I greatly appreciated the extra miles they took for me. Being blind, I don’t always have access to someone who can read documents to me, and they made the process smooth and gave me peace of mind." Thank you for sharing your story! 💜
