Okta

I recently celebrated my 3-year anniversary at Okta and I have been reflecting on my accomplishments + growth since I arrived at Okta (extremely pregnant, with a delivery date scheduled 2 days after my start date) on 1/31/22. FY23 - Area Sales Director, S TOLA - I returned from 6 months of maternity leave and my team had almost completely turned over. I had the opportunity to learn alongside several external new hires to my team how to sell the Okta way. It was constant change with people management, but we grew some key accounts and landed a few major logos. FY24 - Area Sales Director, Texas - My area changed. I lost the "OLA" in TOLA and gained the remainder of Texas. We took a territory that had not performed effectively for a few years and landed 14 deals over $100K, of which 9 were major new logos. We were the highest performing team in big deals. We were the 2nd highest performing team in new logos. We performed 122% to annual quota as a team. 3/5 reps earned their way to President's Club alongside me. 4/5 reps surpassed their annual quota. FY25 - Area Sales Director, Southwest AMER (New Business) - I shifted focus to pilot being one of the first hunter teams in Commercial Sales. I took on a much larger region- the entire Southwestern US. My team performed at 170% of annual quota. We closed the largest new logo in Commercial Sales history at Okta. This was also the largest Auth0 new logo in Commercial Sales history. 3/6 reps surpassed their annual quota and may be in consideration for President's Club alongside me. FY26 - Director of Sales, Auth0 West North America (New Business). I'm honored that 5/6 of my reps from last year chose to follow me to another new team within (another) new business model at Okta. We are pioneering again, but this time with product specialization. My business will continue our work as a hunter team, but now focus solely on growing Auth0 new logos. The region is even larger than before (take Illinois down through Louisiana, as well as everything West of it... whew!) It's going to be another busy, challenging year but I have loved growing with each change that Okta has asked me to take on.
