OLIPOP was founded in 2017 by Ben Goodwin and David Lester. Ben and David have been working together for nearly a decade to find accessible solutions to bring the benefits of digestive health to as many consumers as possible. OLIPOP is a deliciously refreshing tonic that is crafted with prebiotics, botanicals and natural plant fiber to support your microbiome and benefit digestive health. We're on a mission to provide an affordable, delicious alternative to soda that delivers leading edge health benefits to mainstream consumers. OLIPOP was created with the idea that diversity matters: in the food we eat, in our microbiome and in our communities.     What an incredible experience to be a part of Suzy's Speed of Culture Live! event last week in New York City!     We're always raising the bar for functional soda…and thanks to your feedback, we’ve been hard at work and are excited to unveil our latest breakthrough: shelf-stable OLIPOP! 🎉 As creators of the category, our mission has been to set the standard for functional soda, with the goal of positively impacting health at scale and driving accessibility. That commitment to our customers is something we have never taken lightly, and over the past six years, we’ve made incredible strides as a business. We’ve been carefully listening to customer feedback, and two key requests stood out:  1️⃣ A pantry-friendly, shelf-stable version of OLIPOP for those with limited fridge space.  2️⃣ A formula that allows you to enjoy more OLIPOP daily, similar to traditional soda, without the very high fiber content. After 18 months of R&D, we’re thrilled to announce our latest innovation—a shelf-stable OLIPOP that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere. Developed alongside our Scientific Advisory Board and rigorously tested at Purdue University, this new formula supports digestive health while maintaining the delicious taste you love. And, with 6 grams of fiber per can, our shelf stable recipe still meets the FDA requirement for an “excellent source of fiber.”   Check out our new multi-packs in six core flavors—Cherry Cola, Cream Soda, Strawberry Vanilla, Classic Grape, Lemon Lime, and Classic Root Beer—now available in select stores in the soda aisle!
