Meet Rod, our Field Development Director, who’s taking a fresh approach to supporting our field teams. This role was created to bridge the gap between the field and the office, ensuring our tradespeople have the resources and representation they need to succeed. With years of experience on the job site, Rod knows what it takes to keep our teams connected and motivated. Whether he’s organizing BBQs, arranging ice cream truck visits, or advocating for the field in the office, Rod brings thoughtful solutions to everyday business and employee needs. His work is just one example of how we’re always looking for new ways to support our teams and strengthen our One Team culture.

OMI is proud to be led by a team of talented professional managers. They're some of the best leaders in construction in New Hampshire. Over the past five years, we have established our own management system. Every quarter we get together to talk about the business and plan for the months ahead. This past week's meetings were exciting. The future for OMI is bright in this team's hands. We couldn't do it without our partners at Crews & co., particularly Jay Bacrania!

Labor Day marks the end of the summer and the OMI summer tradition of bringing ice cream trucks to our job sites and pints for our service and office teams. This year we hit new highs with over 500 scoops and 125 pints. We want to say a huge thank you to our HR and field development team who work hard to make these events happen all summer long! They are truly the best.

One of the things that we appreciate the most about our team is their range. This was recently exemplified with our work at Tuscan Village. After completing 260 residential units at our Caro Tuscan project, our plumbers shifted gears to The Friendly Toast, where they seamlessly executed a complex commercial kitchen install. This team can do it all!

OMI is a proud member of the Greater Manchester Chamber - NH. We appreciate the work they do to build and support the local business community. Our construction leaders work hard and we're glad to they got a chance to relax and connect with each other at Friday's annual Chamber Golf Classic.
