June Culture Olympic Gold Champion - Leanne Sierra On 11/20/23, a guest sent multiple email messages throughout the hotel regarding her daughter's lost Stitch toy and how much it meant to her. One message was in the Sales Leads inbox. Leanne; Reservations Supervisor jumped into action, confirmed we had the item and contacted the guest. The family was traveling to Denver for Thanksgiving and preferred to pick stitch up than mail him. Leanne remembered a story as a child, about a gnome that was stolen out of a garden and the owner received multiple pictures of him traveling the world. Leanne created the same story for Stitch, except he wasn't stolen, he lost his family! Leanne created a storybook with Stitch visiting our hotel Associates in departments. So as to share his Omni New Haven journey with his family. Leanne printed the and bound the book with ribbon to give to the guest. The guest picked this up on 11/26/23, was ecstatic and immediately sent an email letting Leanne know how amazing the book was and how much her daughter loved it.
