  • Are you up to speed on the latest developments related to the EPA’s Risk Management Program (RMP) Rule? Recently the EPA issued a final rule expanding RMP regulations for facilities managing certain quantities of regulated chemicals. This rule reinstates requirements from previous versions and introduces new obligations that enhance safety measures. Bottom line: there are aspects of the rule that require a good amount of planning to implement effectively and defensibly. Fortunately, the ONE team can help. Learn more about this important development on our blog, and reach out! https://bit.ly/3TDTfFP

  • Digging deep here! ONE recently installed four permanent groundwater monitoring wells at a former motor freight station turned commercial office and retail property in the trendy Design District of Dallas, Texas. The ONE team is currently managing and overseeing the property within the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and obtaining a Municipal Setting Designation (MSD) for the property.
