It might be time to take your incentive travel program off dry land. 😉 According to the Incentive Research Foundation’s 2024 Attendee Preferences For Incentive Travel survey, there is an increased Interest in Incentive Travel Cruising. Cruises are continuing their post-COVID comeback, with increasing popularity and improving perceptions: 📈 A 36% overall increase in cruise line quotes from 2022 to 2023, according to 3-D Cruise Partners. 2024 bookings are only slightly behind last year's numbers. 🔒Nearly three-quarters (73%) of respondents feel that cruise ships provide a safe and secure environment, and 77% agree that they offer all the comforts of a luxury hotel. 🚢 The appeal of a cruise as an incentive experience is strong across all destinations, with 75% of attendees finding it desirable—up 10 percentage points from the 2023 survey. The future looks bright for incentive travel cruising!
