I am the most excited I have ever been for how technology will change the impact that people analytics teams have on their organizations. LLM AI to date hasn't shown the world a real productivity gain. Much better chatbots are cool but are not terribly productive. The real movement is in allowing AI to use the same tools we as humans use everyday. Tools are incredibly important to creating productive outcomes and we have heavily invested in creating swarms of AI agents that can operate our people analytics tooling. The result is achieving enormous productivity gains that will reshape how we approach people analytics problems and the business customers that PA teams serve. The tech we are building here is truly on the bleeding edge of agentic workflows without a peer in the business intelligence domain (PA or general). I very much enjoyed giving the below presentation a couple weeks ago in New York and look forward to sharing a lot more of what we're bringing to market for HR. https://lnkd.in/gSiU4khu
