A couple of weeks ago, I shared some of my advice on how to determine if you have a great business idea. In that post, I mentioned that we're building a customer self-service portal that integrates directly with HubSpot CRM. Today, I’m excited to announce that we’ve officially wrapped up the discovery phase (planning and architecture) and are now diving into the development of CORE. Even though we're just getting started, we’ve already been refining, pivoting, and adapting. No matter how much pre-planning you do, there are always going to be surprises along the way in the world of software development. That's a big reason why embracing change is one of our four core values. While I don't have flashy screenshots to share just yet, they will be coming soon. And that's a great reminder that sometimes the greatest work lies in the things you can't visually see. We’re laying a solid foundation that has us very excited for what's ahead.
