OnSite Retail Group participates in U.C. Career Fair SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 – As a University of Cincinnati Real Estate Center partner company, OnSite Retail Group was excited to participate in this year’s Real Estate Career Fair held on September 24th on the U.C. campus. Each year in early fall, the UC Real Estate Center host its annual Real Estate Career Fair. This fair is exclusively offered to students enrolled in the real estate major, minor, or graduate certificate programs. The fair serves as a platform for UC real estate students to network with industry leaders and explore potential employment opportunities in the industry, including full-time employment and co-op opportunities. Typically drawing in over 80 real estate students and representatives from 20+ companies, the event offers a dynamic environment for meaningful connections and professional development. OnSite Retail Group was proudly represented at the Career Fair by Eric Abroms, Josh Rothstein and Danni Levi. 

OnSite Retail Group promotes Danielle Levi SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 – OnSite Retail Group is pleased to announce Danielle Levi has been promoted to Sales & Leasing Agent at OnSite Retail Group. A 2024 graduate of The Ohio State University, Danielle (Danni) earned her degree in Business Administration specializing in Real Estate and Urban Analysis in just 3 years. Danni joined OnSite Retail Group in May of 2024. During college, Danni gained valuable experience working for two brokerage companies in Cincinnati, and in Columbus she worked at a prominent mixed-use development handling residential leasing. Danni is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the U.C. OnSite Retail Group brokers sweet deal with MilkShake Factory SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 – A Pittsburgh-based frozen desserts shop will soon open their first Ohio location in the Cincinnati area. Cincinnati Business Courier reporter Christian LeDuc posted a story earlier this week sharing the news that MilkShake Factory is expanding and will open a new location to Shoppes at Kings Mills in Deerfield Township in the northeastern Cincinnati area near Mason. Jeff Smith and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group represented the landlord, BSA Kings Mills, LLC, in the new lease transaction. The new MilkShake Factory shop coming to 2144 Kings Mills Road will be 1,500 square feet. LeDuc explained in his story, “MilkShake Factory is a fourth-generation family-owned business that serves hand-spun shakes, craft sundaes and gourmet chocolates. Local franchisee Tracy Carter said it’s been her dream for a long time to become a business owner.” Regarding the location choice, LeDuc explained that Carter told him, “There’s so much going on, when it comes to Kings Island, Camp Cedar and the local high schools. OnSite Retail Group brokers sale of Martin Square SEPTEMBER 18, 2024 – Jeff Smith and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group partnered in the marketing and sale of Martin Square in Mason OH, just north of Cincinnati for the seller, Baumhower Properties, LLC. The 19,505 square foot shopping center at 1058 Reading Road is anchored by Sherwin-Williams. Led by Smith’s investment sales acumen, Smith and Rothstein listed this multi-tenant strip center for sale and secured a buyer at an above market price of $2,400,000.

OnSite Retail Group tapped to lease transformative mixed-use development   SEPTEMBER 11, 2024 – The Madamore is an exciting mixed-use project at a key corner in Cincinnati’s burgeoning neighborhood of Madisonville, and its developer, Ackermann Group, realized they needed a new approach to jump-start the retail leasing to energize the project. Christian LeDuc, Staff Reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier, explained in a story posted yesterday that, “The Madamore is Ackermann Group’s more than $80 million development in the heart of Madisonville, at the corner of Madison Road and Whetsel Avenue. The developer is partnering with a new broker, OnSite Retail Group, in hopes of filling some of the spaces that are still vacant at the site.” LeDuc pointed out the development, which was started in 2018, has been very successful with the leasing of its residential units boasting an occupancy rate of 93% of its 312 units. The Madamore has some commercial tenants, but as LeDuc explained, “it’s not enough to truly transform Madisonville's business district. The group needs strong anchor tenants to drive the nightlife and business of the other retailers.” LeDuc quoted Ackermann Group’s CFO, John Wendt, who told LeDuc, “We took over all four blocks of Madison and Whetsel, and it was to rebuild the downtown that had long ago been dilapidated. “We had to reinvigorate the whole area.” This meant finding the right marketing and leasing team for the project. In July, Wendt reached out to Josh Rothstein and Haleigh Jones at OnSite Retail Group. Wendt told LeDuc as he explained his proposition to OnSite Retail Group, “I said, ‘I’m interested in a change, and I want you to come evaluate my property. Tell me what you like and dislike. OnSite Retail Group brokers sale of former Frisch’s location SEPTEMBER 9, 2024 – Zamaris Geleszinski and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group recently brokered the sale of a former Frisch’s property in Cincinnati, OH, on behalf of NNN REIT, LP. The former Frisch’s Big Boy restaurant at 3226 Central Parkway had been in operation for decades. After receiving interest from numerous parties, Geleszinski and Rothstein negotiated a sale with the neighboring church, Christian Ministries Inc., for $1.35M. Geleszinski and Rothstein still have three additional Frisch’s restaurant properties available in North College Hill, OH, Erlanger, KY and Moraine, OH, near Dayton. Click here to read all the details on the deal in Cincinnati Business Courier: https://lnkd.in/gdwa8s_u

Dunkin’ plans two more Dayton-area locations SEPTEMBER 5, 2024 – The largest coffee brand in the U.S. is planning two new stores in the Miami Valley region. Lauren Steen, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal, posted a story yesterday revealing the locations of the two new cafes.  Steen wrote, “Dunkin’, a global coffee brand, is planning its next storefronts in West Carrollton and Beavercreek. The addition of the two cafés brings the Dayton total to roughly 20. A Dunkin’ location will open at 801 E. Dixie Drive in West Carrollton, in the site of a former Sonic Drive-In. Chris Zimmerman, a spokesman for Dunkin’ franchisee Gilligan Company, confirmed the new storefront will start construction by end of 2024, with hopes to open in 2025.” Steen went on to say, “Dunkin’ also recently signed a lease for another location in Beavercreek at 2730 N. Fairfield Road. Condado Tacos opens fifth location in Cincinnati area   AUGUST 30, 2024 – Condado Tacos, the hip and cool taco joint with its own cult-like following, recently opened its fifth Cincinnati-area location in the highly sought-after Kenwood market.   Cincinnati Business Courier reporter Christian LeDuc posted a story yesterday sharing with readers that Condado Tacos opened earlier this month at 7961 Kenwood Road in Sycamore Township at the Gallery at Kenwood. LeDuc wrote in his story, “The 4,100-square-foot restaurant sits on the first floor of the new Residence Inn by Marriott that just opened across from Kenwood Towne Centre. Kawa Revolving Sushi coming to Beavercreek   AUGUST 23, 2024 – An exciting new concept in the restaurant industry will soon be opening in Beavercreek, OH just east of Dayton. Dave Sheehy and Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group worked together to broker a deal to bring Kawa Revolving Sushi to a multi-tenant strip center located at the southeast corner of N.
