OnTrack Rogue Valley celebrated our employees this week at our Superpower Summer Party. Each employee received a hand-made cape with the initial of their superpower indicating the skill they are most known for here at OnTrack. We believe everyone is multifaceted and embodies many superpowers, skills, abilities, and qualities that make each person unique and beautiful.   “Everyone is Welcome Here” is our tagline and reflects the intersection among all of us – staff, clients, partners, and community members.   We’ve also attached the posters we made for our party that describe the superpowers our staff possess. You might see yourself reflected in these superpowers as well.   To all OnTrack staff – your superpowers make you our superheroes!

On March 22, we celebrated On-PACE Cohort III apprentices because they completed their CADC training program. Congratulations to all graduates for your amazing achievements! On-PACE is a training program designed to provide all the training and experience necessary to become a CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) while working full-time in one of our programs, earning a salary with benefits. Trainees receive high-quality, in-person training from experts across the Rogue Valley and participate in a registered apprenticeship program as they work toward their CADC. Cohorts start every six months. To see if you qualify, visit the jobs page to see open positions that qualify for the On-PACE program. https://lnkd.in/gWgfQEvm

As we reflect on the closing of one year and the beginning of a new year we are thinking of the successes we achieved and the challenges we met over the past 12 months. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to launch new programs and services, add new staff, and explore new ideas that further our mission to serve people who seek substance use disorder and mental health treatment. We could not be more grateful to you, our partners, grantors, donors, and community members who have supported us this past year and who have contributed time, money, energy, and your own personal brand of brilliance providing us with resources and talent that we need to do the work that we do. Together we care, we thrive, we innovate, we unite, we inspire. Together we help heal those who need our help. Collectively, here at OnTrack Rogue Valley, we wish you a Happy New Year and we look forward to partnering with you in 2024 as we continue to work on the front lines strengthening treatment outcomes. Please visit our website, www.ontrackroguevalley.org to learn more. There is no waitlist for outpatient treatment.

This holiday we hope as you gather with family and friends and express your gratitude, that you keep in mind those who do not have family, friends, or food to celebrate, as well as the Native Americans who observe the Day of Mourning for their people. This weekend we give thanks to our staff and all community members who support and acknowledge those who are struggling. We want to remind everyone that if you or someone you know may be considering substance use disorder treatment, we have no waitlist for our outpatient programs in Jackson and Josephine Counties. Please visit our website at www.ontrackroguevalley.org to learn more.
