These ever-changing separation notice requirements can feel like a moving target. 🎯 For example: ➡️ In Illinois, employers must either deliver a specific form on the employee's last day OR mail it within 5️⃣ days. ➡️ In Louisiana, employers must file an ONLINE a separation notice within 3️⃣ days of the separation. ➡️ In Tennessee, employers must provide a specific form within 1️⃣ day of the separation. Is your head spinning yet? 🫨 Onwards HR help employers comply with state laws by using data from your HCM platform to dynamically generate state separation notices. This means employees get what they need to understand and apply for unemployment insurance—and your team spends less time on administrative tasks. 🙌

It was great reconnecting with partners, analysts, influencers, advisors, and our many customers. Jenny Dearborn, Brian Sommer, MBA, Jason Averbook, George LaRocque, Evan White, Tami Nutt, Jess Miller-Merrell, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Jeanne Achille, Nate Hurto, Christina Queen, Kim Kondor, Nicolas (Nic) Terwindt, Hope Weatherford, Charles Browne, and many more. 🫶 I'm leaving Vegas with a renewed sense of purpose and a bag full of learnings.
