    Dry January might have given OOSO Sparkling Tea a little boost for our best month yet - but seeing continued growth every month since launching is the exciting story for Sophia and me as founders. Behind the scenes, it’s been a grind as a two person team: endless knocking on doors (literally), pouring thousands of samples, driving ourselves crazy over the tiniest design details, and staying on top of our fulfillment and logistics. But all that hard work is paying off, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. 2025 is shaping up to be a VERY exciting year.     I always love bringing great non-alcoholic options into health & wellness focused spaces and showing guests that non-alc doesn't have to mean sugary mocktails! I recently had the opportunity to set up a zero-proof pop-up bar at CONTINUUM, a members-only health club in the West Village, for their "Health is Wealth" themed event with J.P. Morgan, for which I custom designed a drinks menu including low sugar and adaptogenic options. The menu featured some of my favorite brands like the Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Riesling, Atmosphere beer, OOSO Sparkling Tea and Aplós. The OOSO in particular was a hit with the guests!     In just over four months of building OOSO Sparkling Tea with my fiancé and co-founder, Sophia Racciatti, there have been daily milestones worth celebrating. Yet, with so much on our plates as a two-person team, it’s pretty easy to overlook these wins. One milestone that truly made us pause and reflect is how OOSO has made it into over 100 stores. As a self funded and bootstrapped brand, there’s no denying that’s a significant achievement. And what’s even more exciting is it’s just the beginning. Now that we're on the shelves, our focus shifts to driving velocity and reorder rates. Typically, a product needs to live on the shelf for some time to gain traction, but we’re already seeing promising velocity that we’ll bolster with some fresh marketing tactics in the next couple months and into Dry January.
