I have to share my FAVORITE FOOD with you. This is what I eat, whenever I get to the Island! Patties are the all-time Jamaican lunch favorite, typically made with spicy ground beef enclosed in pastry, but often made with with chicken, shrimp, lobster, soybeans, and vegetables. They are sold in patty shops all over the country. Everyone in Jamaica enjoys hot patties! (and me? I LOVE THEM!) Welcome to my world!
