To celebrate the Lunar New Year, we had the privilege of partnering with UK Advisory Board member Mandy Yin for a special industry-focused Prosperity Dinner at her restaurant, Sambal Shiok. The evening kicked off  with a traditional lion dance to bring good luck, and then guests enjoyed an incredible eight-course sharing menu of Malaysian-Chinese flavours, including Mandy’s iconic Yee Sang prosperity toss salad.
