The events of September 11, 2001, had a profound impact on countless lives. In memory of those affected, it's important to recognize both the immediate victims and their families, as well as the many others who were touched by the events in different ways. Each person who lost their life or was directly affected was part of a larger community, and their stories and contributions remain a part of our collective memory. It's a day to reflect on the resilience and compassion shown in the aftermath and to honor the many acts of heroism and kindness that emerged from such tragedy.
