Yesterday, we unveiled our new company, Founders Development. For me, this is more than just the launch of a new company – it’s the beginning of a significant journey where we will redefine construction. I believe that today, development isn’t about building, but about creating communities. That is our goal. And yesterday, together with our partners from Oppenheim Architecture, we introduced our first major project in Cyprus – Smartland Villa Community. As part of the Smartland project, we demonstrated how new technologies can go hand in hand with respect for cultural heritage. This approach is based on collaboration with local communities, architects, historians, and ecologists. Our aim is not only to build high-quality properties but also to create a platform for new ideas and long-term partnerships. Cyprus, with its rich cultural heritage and unique geographical location, provides the perfect foundation for developing projects like Smartland. It embodies our future vision, where respect for tradition merges with innovation. And I’m excited to start this new chapter! A big thank you to everyone involved for your support and welcome https://lnkd.in/dXAt-EDz

‘An architectural marvel in the making’

View profile for John Pagano, graphic

Chief Executive Officer at Red Sea Global

Standing on the suspension bridge at our iconic Desert Rock resort at The Red Sea, I’m super excited about what we’re building here and how guests will react when they visit. Carving this unique mountain resort directly into the rock face was an incredible challenge for our construction teams, but it was well worth every drop of sweat when we started to see the results. As we gear up for its opening later this year, it’s clear that Desert Rock will offer an experience unlike any other - a true architectural marvel in the making. From the wadi villas to the unique dining experience at the summit, every detail has been meticulously planned to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. I couldn’t be more proud of the work our team has accomplished. Together, we’re redefining what luxury and regenerative tourism means in Saudi Arabia. #DesertRock  #ForPeopleAndPlanet
