Optimal Care, Inc. is a Medicare-certified skilled home health care service provider that has been nurse-owned and operated since 2006, and opened our hospice division in 2021. We serve homebound adult patients in the Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and southeast Livingston counties. Our team consists of postgraduate professional caregivers who are trained in geriatrics and are experts in developing comprehensive patient care plans. The secret to our success lies in our people: exceptional people providing extraordinary care. We are skilled, compassionate professionals who are willing to go the extra mile to give our patients the care and attention they need to heal and live comfortably. We’re constantly working to redefine industry quality standards by improving on our cost-effective service delivery model, providing extensive training to staff, and adopting innovative tools and technology.
