October is Disability Employment Awareness Month, and Tony’s story is a wonderful example of how meaningful employment can transform dreams into reality. Tony joined the Employment Services team at Options For All after facing numerous challenges in his search for meaningful work. His aspiration was to work closely with animals, and thanks Options for All, he found his dream role as a Guest Ambassador at the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. As a Guest Ambassador, Tony shares facts about the animals with guests, and has been able to take on more responsibilities, such as providing training sessions for new volunteers and assisting with animal feedings. He has gained valuable experience working with animals and interacting with guests, and his hard work has earned him recognition and respect within the company.
