🌟 This week, our AFG Leadership team had the incredible opportunity to attend Momentum 2024 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville! 🌟 It was an inspiring event that brought together over 1,500 studios from across the globe, united by our shared passion for Orangetheory. We couldn’t ask for a better fit for our team! 🔸 What inspired you to join Orangetheory Fitness? "My sister recommended Orangetheory after having a great experience at a studio in Georgia. Even 1,800 miles away, I felt the reputation and knew I had to be part of it!" 🔸 What do you love most about the OTF community? "I love the uplifting energy of the studio, the ever-changing workouts, and the amazing members. Coming from a teaching background and after working from home, it gave me a sense of community that I had been missing." 🔸 Favorite Benchmark Workout? "The 1 Mile Benchmark! 🌟 Employee Spotlight: Sebastian from our South Mountain studio in Phoenix, AZ!🌟 Meet Sebastian, a dedicated team member who joined us in 2021 after relocating to Phoenix. 🔥 Sebastian was inspired to join the OTF team when he moved to Phoenix and was job searching, after hearing rave reviews from his mom about the workouts, he decided to inquire about a job and has been growing in his role ever since! 🔥 His favorite part of being part of the OTF community is the members at South Mountain! "This studio has been open for 7 years, and our dedicated founding members always make newcomers feel welcome. The staff here are like a second family. It's a very supportive community, where everyone wants to see each other grow and improve." 🔥 Sebastian's favorite benchmark workout is the 500-meter row. "There's something about the quickness of it that draws me in, even if members call me crazy for liking it. 🔥 When asked about his overall experience working at OTF Sebastian says, "It's been an incredibly beneficial experience. I've learned more than I ever thought I would about leadership, management, health, and fitness. It's opened my eyes to the world of fitness and sales, and making those one-on-one connections with people.
