Developer-facing companies all need to get in the L↻↺P. LOOP is a holistic, 4-stage framework for Developer Enablement and Support. LOOP helps companies shift left critical parts of their developer experience, increasing developer productivity and improving the ROI of support. Shifting left empowers developers to solve more of their own problems, reducing the number of support interactions (and moments of confusion) between them and achieving their goal. Shifting left makes developers more productive and frees up support to focus on the highest ROI customers and cases. Everybody wins! Meet LOOP: the positive feedback loop that emerges when knowledge gathered from support is used to improve enablement resources. As enablement gets more effective, support load decreases, giving support time to absorb what’s being learned and improve resources for enablement. We’ve outlined the 4 LOOP stages and how to apply them on the Orbit blog, including how to use our Community Search tool to help create and strengthen a positive feedback loop that improves and compounds over time. https://hubs.li/Q02bdrH50

Introducing Community Search: one search box to rule them all. A community’s strength lies not just in its members, but in the shared knowledge circulating within. Knowledge can be one of a community’s greatest assets, but only if members have a way to browse and find what they need. Until now, search has been broken: ☹️Users have to check many systems, each with their own search UI 😖Community teams have no control over those experiences or the results 😫Your users might even be served Google ads for your competitor! That’s why we created Community Search - an embeddable tool that members can use to find information they need no matter where it was produced: in Discord, GitHub, Discourse, in documentation, or anywhere else. Community Search is available now. Find more details and see some of the features in action: https://hubs.li/Q028n7tl0, or reach out to sign up for a demo (you can also take it for a test drive over in the Orbit docs, app, or website - it’s in the lower right corner).
