Our team at Boston Financial, the largest syndicator of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (#LIHTC) with a portfolio of over $16 billion in assets under management, today announced the closing of Boston Financial ITC 60, a $170 million multi-investor LIHTC fund. ITC 60 secured commitments from six institutional investors, including a mix of regional and national banks and insurance companies, allowing for the deployment of capital to 14 affordable housing developers, 30% of whom are nonprofits. Nearly 45% of the properties in ITC 60 will bring affordable homes to minority communities, and several are full communities designated for veterans, seniors, people with physical and mental disabilities, and formerly unhoused families.   Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ecD2E_vD   #affordablehousing #lihtc #housingforall

Last month, volunteers from our subsidiary Lument partnered with Habitat for Humanity International for a Habitat Build Day to work on a home nearing completion in Kansas City. Volunteers performed numerous indoor and outdoor tasks like setting windows, attaching handrails for the front steps, painting the foundation of the home, and more. We applaud our Lument volunteers for helping to create a new home in their community and look forward to more opportunities to partner with Habitat for Humanity in the future. #CSR #Volunteer
