Last week, Orr Group’s Amanda Nelson and Casey Orr Whitman spent time in Philly for the Planned Giving Council of Greater Philadelphia's annual Planned Giving Day Conference alongside prominent nonprofit leaders across the region. Amanda and National Philanthropic Trust's Fernando Gonzalez co-facilitated a conference session on “Unlocking the Potential of DAFs in Legacy Giving”, where they explored the current DAF landscape, revealed key strategies for effective partnerships with DAF donors, and offered tips for leveraging non-cash gifts. It was a highly engaging session, and we enjoyed connecting with fellow attendee organizations at a small reception following the conference.
