Chicago 🚂😳
They don't know this yet, but we have been developing a 2025 medical education calendar for our local residency and fellowship programs. A calendar you say. Yes, we will be offering a minimum of 2 labs each month for our local programs starting in 2025. I'm currently speaking with foot and ankle surgeons throughout the nation, and Europe for that matter, to help with this mission. We have all kinds of fun things planned and found ourselves with a last-minute opportunity to do a trial run with the Rods&Cones technology we'll be implementing into our trainings. So, I reached out to Jan S. at IU Health and asked for some last-minute help. Please, think of the students I proclaimed. Lucky for me, teaching is always something Dr. Szatkowski is willing to help with! My next move was to text Lyndon Mason at the University of Liverpool and asked if he felt like staying up until midnight to help teach (6 hours ahead with time difference) the night before a busy day. Please, think of the students I proclaimed. He was also gracious enough to say yes. And so, it's on!!! We're excited to be offering this course on posterior incisions for the residents & I'd like to say thank you to Ortho Solutions Group - U.S. for sponsoring this event and helping with our mission! Chicago is my hometown, and I couldn't be more excited about the privilege to provide regular trainings like this for our local programs. If you're a resident or fellow in IL, IA, or NW Indy and want to receive our monthly med-ed calendar please message me. If you're a surgeon friend who'd like to help with some of these courses next year, please do the same. We are literally just getting started so stay tuned!!
