We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong visual and communication skills to join our team. Position is remote.
The Marketing Coordinator will manage the development of all communication and business development materials. The right candidate will work independently, possess qualities of a self-starter, and engage in thoughtful communication.
We seek a person who:
Has marketing experience from a similar position, ideally within the Architecture/Constructing industry
Is expert in MS Office; Adobe CS (especially InDesign); experience with CMS is a plus
Fluent in English
Demonstrated experience managing RFP & RFQ responses
Can manage and organize the day-to-day operations of the office marketing & communications
Has excellent communication, management, and organizational skills
Curiosity, and an ambitious spirit
Demonstrates leadership abilities, including the ability to take charge of tasks, manage projects, and effectively juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Has an interest and knowledge of design
Primary areas of responsibility
Produce proposals in response to RFPs & RFQs
Manage the creation and layout of all graphic aspects of proposals, qualifications, and marketing presentations.
Develope written content, for review and input from firm leadership
Conduct outreach to subconsultants for materials for presentations and proposals.
Lead market research for RFPs & RFQs throughout North America
Research and track project leads and general industry information.
Track, assemble and submit design awards.
Update and maintain website content, posts, and announcements.
Lead the graphic production and drafting of all social media posts, following brand guidelines and best practices.
Offer ideas for new campaigns and planning. Work with studio to create posts for social media, and the website.
Maintain content and organization of resumes, project information, and project imagery.
Collaborate with firm leadership on the creation of quarterly newsletter.
