Off-Site Homes Alliance (OSHA)

Housing and Community Development

An alliance of public sector housing providers driving aggregated demand of affordable housing using MMC processes.

About us

OSHA is an alliance of Registered Housing Providers and Local Authorities all working together to ensure our current and future homes are compliant when using MMC technologies and the DfMA process of engagement. This ensures that our homes are performing in real terms, are ‘innovation securitised’ and of exceptional quality. We have carefully selected a robust supply chain partnership with our own design pattern and zero carbon playbook, and with an OSHA owned MMC framework and MMC Expert Project Management Office to ensure this happens, as seamlessly as possible.
