    We recently held an off site for leaders at all levels in Otonomee in the fabulous Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort.   Together over two days, 45 of our Leaders reflected on our culture and specifically the values and behaviours that connect us, make us stronger and help us better serve our Customers and Team Mates.   Brilliantly facilitated by Ronan Conway some of my personal highlights were ✔ Exploring the importance of leadership to navigate the age of AI 💚 Basic human characteristics (humanity! As it was described by one group) are the foundations for any group to feel connected, appreciated, motivated to deliver in a people first service business 🙏 Kindness, integrity, trust, appreciation, accessible; words that kept coming up as being critical for success in the group 😅Fun! Puck Fada is not easy! A bit of craic in the evening is always appreciated. Thanks to the amazing McManamon brothers.   Founding Otonomee in 2020, many said it wasn’t possible to build culture in a remote first company. We knew and now know that it can be done.
