He also spends time nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they’re satisfied with the services they're receiving, and finding any opportunity for additional support. He works closely with several other departments to provide specific, tailored solutions to trucking companies, always monitoring industry trends and news to ensure clients are given the most accurate and thorough service possible. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT OTR? My favorite part about working at OTR Solutions is that I get to come in everyday and help our carriers. Every client is different and it's up to us to get the details and tailor our services to their company. Its like a puzzle. I’ve been able to take on new challenges and grow in ways I hadn't imagined before. I find it incredibly fulfilling knowing that my work helps businesses run efficiently and ensures carriers get their payments on time. FUN FACT: My brother and I taught ourselves how to be mechanics when I was 16. I've never taken any of my cars to a shop.
