Our development at 9467 Olympic Blvd is set to reshape the Beverly Hills landscape. Using the Builder’s Remedy, we’re able to introduce a modern approach to urban living with an 8-story building that features 110 units, 22 of which are affordable, and an approximately 16,000 SF market - a significant shift from the existing standalone market and parking lot. Close to La Cienega Park, the Beverly Hills Community Center, and Beverly Hills High School, this project blends luxury with community-focused living. Residents will enjoy access to rooftop decks, community rooms, a gym, and co-working spaces, supporting a vibrant, active lifestyle in an urban setting. Being steps away from essential local amenities like the Beverly Hills Farmers' Market and prestigious Beverly Hills Library, this project offers convenience and a strong connection to the neighborhood for the many residents who will call it home. #OttingerArchitects #LosAngeles #SouthernCalifornia #Architecture #BeverlyHills #UrbanInnovation #MixedUseDevelopment #RealEstateLA #BuildersRemedy
