Employee Resource Groups are not just social groups; they’re business game-changers—and last night proved it! 🏳️🌈 The OUTbio ERG Summit was a fantastic evening of networking, learning, and strategizing. The energy was inspiring as we explored how ERG involvement can elevate leadership skills and contribute to business success by tackling complex problems, driving recruitment and retention, and bringing company values to life. Key themes of the night: COMMUNITY 🤝 REPRESENTATION 🌍 CAREER DEVELOPMENT 🚀 Thank you to our phenomenal panelists (E.
