    I just got back from an incredible two weeks in India, where I met my team face-to-face. After months of Zoom calls, meeting face-to-face was a game-changer. Here’s how it went down: We had some real conversations about what was working and what wasn’t. It wasn’t all smooth sailing, but those honest conversations kept us moving in the right direction. After a couple of brainstorming sessions, we ditched the office vibes and kicked back, and suddenly, those stubborn problems didn’t seem so big. Some of the best ideas came when we weren’t trying to brainstorm. It wasn’t just about work. We were grabbing snacks or playing games and got to know each other beyond the job titles. This isn’t my first trip and won’t be the last. Every time I visit my team, I realize why it’s so important to step away from the screen and connect with people who make everything happen.
