Today was an extra special day for some of our Out Teach team! We had the amazing opportunity to tour one of our partner's massive manufacturing facilities in Georgia. A huge thank you to Takeda's Gabriel Khouli, and the entire team, for welcoming us and showing us how Takeda's blending science and technology to deliver life-changing treatments for people. Seeing the process firsthand was a great way to start the day.

It was a great afternoon with our friends from the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation. We’re thankful for their generosity to reach our own family and Silas’ experience at Alice Carlson Applied Learning Center. The school has done a fabulous job with sustaining the garden installed by Out Teach in 2004 with the help of the community and garden educators from Made Greene.  A fine way to celebrate by guessing how many raspberries you can fit in your mouth...14!  Thanks to Greg and the team from Sprouts in Saginaw. 😁 #SproutingHealthyCommunitiesDay

Since its founding, Out Teach has built almost 200 outdoor classrooms to transform schoolyards into dynamic places that foster a love of learning. Keeping these garden spaces vibrant and thriving for students to imagine the possibilities isn’t easy.   How can we do it?  TOGETHER!  Many thanks to Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation for helping Out Teach and other organizations around the country grow our ability to sustain school gardens as places to foster hands-on learning and environmental stewardship. #SproutingHealthyCommunitiesDay

He’s on the ground with one of our favorite partners - Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation Foundation - speaking directly with their passionate employees.
