The FBR Set is a safe and effective foreign body retrieval set recently featured in Gastroenterology & Endoscopy News. The article published in the 'EndoHacks' segment highlights the effectiveness of Ovesco's FBR Set in removing food bolus impactions, specifically in removing impacted meat from the esophagus. Some advantages cited are the larger cap size and capacity, and the cap's pliability and elasticity, allowing for an easier introduction into the esophagus. Each FBR Set includes grasping forceps with an alligator and rat tooth design. The strong gripping ability of the forceps easily captures foreign bodies and impacted food into the transparent cap highlighted in the article.
