Food ordering reimagined for 16,000 LinkedIn employees. Our team lead the design of a LinkedIn employee productivity mobile app called Workplace. The app focuses on increasing employee productivity and satisfaction at work. After the pandemic, the work dynamic dramatically changed. Oxy's design team and the LinkedIn engineering team were tasked to rethink and redesign the app experience from the ground up to support these new requirements, namely: Empower employees to order food through the app at work. We partnered with Product, Cafe staff, Engineering and Leadership to define the requirements for this new feature and launch a streamlined ordering experience. With a limited timeline, we crafted a clean, custom experience that successfully supported employees to receive their lunch benefits in the office. Dashboard Web App for Hyperbolic Labs, the Open-Access AI Cloud developing solutions for an equitable and transformative future with AI. Our team was asked to create a block explorer that displayed affordable, and scalable GPU resources on the Hyperbolic Network. These nodes display physical A100 & H100 GPU's available to run inference and provide compute for those at the bleeding edge of AI applications. Key metrics like throughput, uptime, peer nodes, and location are visible to help innovators make decisions on key critical infrastructure for their AI cloud solutions. Tread is a pioneering transportation management system that helps companies move more construction materials. Collaborating closely with Tread’s founder, our design team was asked to transform the intricate processes of buying, moving, and selling materials into a streamlined, integrated experience under a tight 3-month timeline. Operating through design sprints, we developed the foundational elements of Tread’s app, which allows dispatchers to coordinate hundreds of drivers with a single click and provides a live, interactive map view for tracking and communication. Creating an interactive table that replaced traditional spreadsheet management enabled users to control job assignments, approvals, and real-time tracking. Additionally, we designed an integration with ticket tracking systems to speed up driver payments, ensuring a smooth, dispute-free financial process.
