I had a fantastic time networking and learning at the P3 Higher Education Summit this week with Juan Arana! It was great to connect with so many people from the higher education community, including developers, contractors, subcontractors, and architects.   One of the key takeaways for me was that the P3 contract method still seems to be a bit of a mystery for some. 🌟 As we wrapped up another successful P3 Higher Education Summit, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the event team for hosting an incredible gathering of industry thought leaders! 🎉 We were thrilled to kick off the last day with our panel, Transforming Campus Energy: A Year of Progress with #CenTrio and #EMU. It was a great opportunity to share our journey during the first year of our transformative 50-YR partnership with Eastern Michigan University. We explored how we’ve integrated university staff, approached capital project planning, and launched our ambitious Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) Program. Plus, we discussed our $115 million investment that’s supporting EMU's range of strategic initiative's including modernizing campus infrastructure, enhancing programs for students and faculty, and driving sustainability and operational excellence while setting the stage for future advancements.
