P3R is excited to keep kids and families active this fall by introducing our first-ever Youth Lacrosse Clinic! 🥍 Open to boys and girls ages 7-12, this introductory clinic requires no prior experience and is designed to make lacrosse fun, accessible, and affordable. Lacrosse is a fast-paced, rapidly growing sport in the tri-state area, but it often requires specialized equipment, which can be a barrier for many families. That’s why we’re proud to provide all necessary equipment for this clinic—thanks to generous donations from local colleges and universities. 🎉 Special thanks to the University of Pittsburgh, Chatham University, Slippery Rock University, and LaRoche University for their support! Join us on Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Joe Walton Stadium on the campus of Robert Morris University. The clinic will cover: - Sport rules 📝 - Required equipment 🥍 - Passing, catching, and cradling techniques 🏃 - Positioning and game play ⚡ - A fun, modified scrimmage to put skills into action! 🎯 Local high school coaches, players, and members of the RMU Lacrosse teams will lead the sessions, making it a great opportunity to learn from experienced athletes.
