P53’s portfolio company Arxx Therapeutics is joining forces with Oxitope Pharma to form Calluna Pharma. We are thrilled to continue this exciting journey and take part in the subsequent Series A round lead by Forbion. P53 has had the privilege to work with the Arxx team over time as the first investors - together with Sarsia - back in 2019. The merger, and subsequent Series A round is a considerable validation of the science and hard work that has been done by the team over the years.
